We’re here to help. If you’re experiencing financial hardship, several options are available to provide support:

Payment Arrangements

Members who are unable to pay the full balance of their bill may contact our office to discuss payment arrangements. Our member services team will work with you to create a plan that helps you stay on track while keeping your service connected.

Energy Assistance Programs

Qualified members may be eligible for state or federal energy assistance programs, such as the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP). These programs are designed to help offset the cost of your utility bills during times of need.

Local Assistance Resources

Additional resources may also be available through community organizations, churches, or charitable agencies within our service area. We encourage members to explore all options for support.
